Australia Visa Processing: To identify those visas you may be eligible for, we need you to provide
information about yourself. Please complete the Service Request Questionnaire on the next page. There is space at the bottom
of the questionnaire for you to input information you think may be important and reflect your particular situation.
It is important that you tell us about any medical issue affecting you or a member of your family, any prior court
issue and your immigration status in the country you are presently a resident.
Before you can send us the completed questionnaire you will be required to have read and agreed to the " Migration Service Agreement" and accept the terms of this agreement in its entirety. I am also required to provide you with a document " "Information and regulation of the Migration Advice Profession". It is a condition that prior to commencing the questionnaire you have this document and acknowledge you have this document. As a registered Migration Agent I
am by law required to give you the opportunity to read and have access to this document. This document is published
by the Migration Agent Registration Authority, an organization the Australian government has authorized to monitor the
activities of Registered Migration Agents. It is always available to you by returning to this web site page. The document spoken about in the "Information and regulation of the Migration Advice Profession" is called the Code of Conduct. This document is the full legal text and can be found via this link
"Code of Conduct". All these documents provide you with details of your rights when
applying for an Australian visa and using a Registered Migration Agent.
Once you have sent us the completed questionnaire and if we think we can
assist you to obtain an Australian visa, we will contact you. When we contact you we will provide you with
information about possible visa options, costs and an estimate of processing times once the application is
submitted. You will also be sent a contract between yourself and Noel Hewitt Associates LLC (Migration Agent Service Agreement) for you to sign and send
back with the agreed fee (check or credit card payment) negotiated between yourself and Noel Hewitt Associates LLC.

The funds deposited by you are placed in a Client Trust account. We will deduct one third of the funds
from this trust account once we have all the requested documentary evidence and the application forms are correctly
completed and returned to our office. The next one third of the fees will be withdrawn from the Client Trust account at the time the application
is submitted to the Australian Immigration Department (if you want us to pay for the government visa fees and paid
us these government fees, these funds are also withdrawn at this time) and the remaining funds are withdrawn once
the visa has been granted.
In the visa processing stage, after you have engaged us to help you obtain the Australian visa, you should provide
us with accurate information and any requested documents. If during or after the collection of information and documentation
an issue is discovered that was not revealed in prior communication or documentation, and this new information or evidence
may jeopadize your application, we will notify you of those concerns and provide you
with options. Providing requested information and you identifying any concerns you may have with your background or
documentation helps in reducing processing costs and time taken to process the application. In situations where there may be problems with an issue, I can research this issue and perhaps identify alternative sources of evidence or address the issue via legislation and policy.
You can make a credit card payment via the Paypal link on the next page or send a personal check. Please be advised -
Paypal charges a fee for funds processed through them. If you wish to pay by credit card we will pass this cost to you. If you pay by check, we will commence the visa application once the check has been cleared by our
bank.
